Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Senior .Net Developer to join Rearo's Team.
This is a key role where you will drive the ongoing development of our bespoke ERP system, ensuring it continues to support and enhance the smooth running of our business operations as we grow.
You will bring strong technical expertise in .NET and C# programming, alongside excellent communication skills. Your ability to combine hands-on development with strategic oversight will be critical to your success.
In this role, you will take ownership of the strategic planning, development, and support of Rearo's bespoke ERP system, ensuring that technology remains a powerful enabler for Rearo's continued success.

You have several years experience:
* programming in .Net using C#
* advanced knowledge of MS SQL
* experience in deploying services to Azure
* maintaining and developing bespoke ERP systems that integrate Finance & Accounting; Inventory & Supply Chain Management; Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Manufacturing/Production and Sales & Marketing functions
You have at least three years experience:
* E Commerce and can evidence expertise in system and business growth

* working cohesively across the whole business to reach solutions
* website development
* You lead by example; motivate others; create positive and supportive working environments; are proactive; enable change; are an advocate for the business
* You have effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Good to have…
* Experience in Angular or similar frontend development
* Knowledge of Sage Accounting System & Integration
* Experience using WooCommerce
