Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities
* Managing diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
* Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
* Organising meetings and taking minutes
* Supporting with general administration and ad‑hoc tasks
* Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Administrative role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
* Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Discreet, professional, and adaptable
Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday working hours
