The school is seeking a Teaching Assistant / TA comfortable working with pupils with SEN. This is a temporary, long-term role with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. The TA will work 1:1 with pupils, demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking.
Essential requirements include manual handling experience and/or an All Wales Manual Handling Passport.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate colleagues
* Ability to assist with classroom preparation and management
* Ability to understand and assess individual pupil needs
* A resilient approach and ability to differentiate instruction
* Previous experience working with SEN
