Business Support Manager - Banking Operations, BCB

Job Overview

This role is based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Birmingham, with a hybrid work pattern involving at least two days per week in the office. The position is full-time and involves providing comprehensive business support to the Banking Operations Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to achieve strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Support or lead change projects, ensuring timely and quality results within budget.
2. Oversee compliance with policies, processes, and governance, including preparing reports and facilitating senior leadership forums.
3. Enhance colleague experience through communication, site visits, feedback, and talent management initiatives.
4. Coordinate property-related matters and represent the business in relevant forums, focusing on hybrid working and workforce planning.
5. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
6. Build relationships with partners across BCB, CIB, and the wider Group.
7. Provide insights and advice to influence business decisions.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in business support or similar roles.
* Senior stakeholder management experience.
