This will be hybrid support role comprising a mixture of dedicated onsite support, remote support, and installation services for the SME customers. My Client has expressed a desire for a candidate with a secure and detailed knowledge of G Suite.
The role - Day to Day Responsibilities
1. Serve as a point of contact for all IT support requests and queries for clients ranging from 1st line to 3rd line.
2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems, Diagnosing, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
3. Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, and network devices.
4. Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.
