Serco is recruiting for an exciting role as a Graphic Designer within the print and graphics team at the Defence Academy of the UK. Do you have some graphic design or creative experience? We want to hear from you!
Position Details:
* Full time, Permanent (37 hours a week)
* Salary of 26,000 to 29,500 dependent on experience plus benefits
About Serco and the Defence Academy:
Serco provides Total Facilities Management to the Defence Academy of the UK (DA), which is responsible for postgraduate education and training for UK Armed Forces and MOD Civil Servants.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design logos, icons, pictograms, diagrams, flowcharts, illustrations, signage to a consistent style and quality.
* Produce digital content including eLearning materials, animations, social media content.
* Collaborate creatively with the design team.
* Liaise with clients to understand their graphic needs.
* Assist with printing content for various departments.
* Design printed materials such as brochures, reports, leaflets, posters, etc.
Requirements:
* Degree in graphic design or demonstrable experience with a strong portfolio.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience in digital and print design.
* Creative, passionate, and receptive to feedback.
