Clinical Administrator – Cygnet Mexborough
Cygnet, located in Mexborough, England, United Kingdom, is seeking an organised Clinical Administrator to support our specialist service for women with personality disorder. This part‑time, 16‑hour per week position (across two days) will assist in ensuring the safe and smooth running of services for up to 16 women.
Overview
As a Clinical Administrator at Cygnet Aspen Clinic, you will provide high‑standard organisational and administrative support, preparing reports, maintaining files, and working cooperatively with the administration team. You will also take minutes at meetings when needed and answer telephone enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.
Responsibilities

* Prepare reports & other written materials
* Keep files & records as required
* Work co‑operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
* Occasionally take notes & minutes at meetings when required
* Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner

Qualifications & Experience
* An administrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health
* Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
* Calm under pressure and can work independently
* A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
* Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
