Here at GXO, we’re looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team in Alfreton, supporting our NHS Supply Chain contract. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Employee Relations (ER), helping managers navigate complex cases and drive positive outcomes.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00. We understand that flexibility is important, so for the right candidate, we’re happy to consider a reduction in weekly hours.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
