For more information about Softcat please visit: www.softcat.com. The Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Softcat's enterprise-wide transformation agenda. This role is accountable for orchestrating complex, cross-functional change that delivers tangible business outcomes, while staying true to Softcat's culture and ways of working. As Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for: Owning and driving the transformation roadmap for the relevant function, aligning initiatives to Softcat's strategic priorities and long-term ambitions Leading cross-functional transformation programmes, ensuring clarity of scope, outcomes, dependencies and success measures Providing strong change leadership, creating alignment across senior stakeholders and removing barriers to progress Establishing and maintaining effective governance, including decision-making forums, prioritisation frameworks and progress reporting Ensuring benefits realisation, tracking outcomes and value delivered, not just activity completed Partnering closely with Technology, Process and Change teams to ensure solutions are pragmatic, scalable and adopted Embedding a consistent approach to transformation, including principles, guardrails and ways of working across initiatives We'd love you to have Proven experience leading largescale, enterprise transformation in a complex, fast-growing organisation Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate ambition into executable plans Excellent stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior leadership level Experience working across end-to-end processes, ideally spanning multiple functions Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions and driving momentum A collaborative, pragmatic leader who can balance rigour with Softcat's unique culture We also acknowledge that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome are a real thing and can get in the way of us meeting fantastic talent, so please don't hesitate to apply – we would love to hear from you!
