Service Advisor required in Penge for Franchised Car Dealership
1. Pay: £33,000 basic DOE + £39k OTE
2. Hours: Monday - Friday with no weekends!
3. Full Time, Permanent.

5. OTE reaching up to £39,000 with performance bonuses
6. Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm

8. Full-time, permanent position with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Duties of the Service Advisor role:
9. Managing customer service workflows and appointment scheduling
10. Advising customers on vehicle repairs and services
11. Preparing quotations and explaining vehicle repair costs
12. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
13. Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to ensure service delivery standards are met
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
14. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
15. Strong customer service skills
16. Excellent communication and organisation skills
17. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
18. Motor trade franchise experience is beneficial but not essential
