This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop within a structured, office-led environment while maintaining regular site exposure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out structural inspections, producing detailed technical reports, and supporting project delivery across a varied building portfolio.
Structural Surveyor - Position Overview
* Carry out structural inspections and site surveys
* Produce clear, detailed structural reports and technical documentation
* Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and Tekla
* Support projects from initial site visit through to final report issue
* Liaise with internal technical teams to support ongoing project delivery
* Approx. 30% site based / 70% office based
* Role based in Rochester
Structural Surveyor - Position Requirements
* Minimum 18 months' experience within a consultancy setting
* Experience working as a Structural Surveyor or in a closely related structural role
* Strong technical report writing skills
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Tekla
* Strong IT skills and confident computer literacy
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Right to work in the UK
Structural Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
* Salary £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
