We are currently working on behalf of a business who due to internal promotion are seeking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager to continue to support their operational excellence journey.
Having worked within the Food or FMCG sector you will be able to demonstrate leading a small team to deliver results across an organisation. You will have the ability to work cross functionally, engaging all functions to embrace new ways of working that will result in improved efficiency and lower costs.
You will be accountable for driving action plans across the operation to deliver improvements in line with the Manufacturing Excellence roadmap and business objectives, identify opportunities for improved labour efficiency through review of actual labour use versus standards and line balancing exercises. You will also be involved in a number of projects, leading multi faceted individuals to drive innovative solutions across the business
You must be able to coach and challenge to ensure targets are appropriate to provide stretch towards high operational performance, you will have an engaging style but at the same time be able to hold people to account
