We’re working with a nurturing and inclusive school in Chorley looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil who requires additional emotional and behavioural support. Role Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH needs, ensuring they can access learning in a safe and structured environment. Help the pupil regulate emotions, manage behaviour, and re-engage with classroom learning. Implement behaviour strategies and support plans under the guidance of the SENCO and class teacher. Deliver tailored interventions to develop social and emotional skills. Encourage positive relationships, resilience, and self-esteem.
