The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
* Up to £28,000 basic
* OTE up to £32,000
* Medical Insurance

Lettings Negotiator requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include:
* Identifying & following up on new leads/business generation
* Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
* Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
* Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
* Helping build our client's lettings brand and creating business
