We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. Bar/ licence trade experience essential.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a friendly, confident personality.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. This role requires time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Due to our rural location and the lack of public transport after 11pm, own transport is essential unless you live in the village.
Approximately 25 hours per week spread over various shifts including days/evenings and weekends .
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices
* Manage inventory of bar supplies
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
Skills
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

* Previous experience in a bar setting is essential
