Facilities Administrator - Liverpool City Centre
4+ weeks covering long term sick - potential for extension | 4 days on-site + WFH Fridays | 8:45-5:00 | £13.38ph + holiday pay
My client is a corporate HQ in the heart of Liverpool, and they need a super-organised, hands-on Facilities Administrator to step in for a few weeks and keep the place running smoothly.
What you'll do
* Welcome new starters (passes, tours, access cards, DSE checks)
* Respond to Facilities inbox queries
* Sort office issues (breakages, spillages, supplies)
* Set up meeting rooms + coffee machines
* Weekly checks: legionella, emergency lights, defib
* Monthly fire extinguisher check
* Store cupboard upkeep
* Occasional reception cover (calls, visitors, parcels)
