Job Description
3. Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and product launches, from strategy to execution
4. Develop and implement global communications plans aligned with business goals
5. Manage photo and video shoots, content creation, and collaboration with external suppliers
6. Work closely with product specialists to understand products and customer needs
7. Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including press, events, and graphic design
9. Manage campaign budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Communications Specialist should have:
10. Experience in B2B marketing, with a marketing degree preferred but not essential
11. Proven ability to manage creative campaigns, including photo/video shoots
12. Excellent communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
13. Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and delivering on targets
14. Passionate about branding, storytelling, and maintaining consistency
15. Comfortable travelling both within the UK and internationally
16. Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative approach with strong attention to detail
