This role is based in our East Finchley office, with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
We seek a strategic Brand Manager to lead our delivery and digital value initiatives across McDonald's UK & Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence consumer experience, drive McDelivery growth, and lead digital value projects within a highly regarded marketing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Develop and implement a long-term McDelivery & Digital Value strategy with clear KPIs.
2. Collaborate with agency partners to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns.
3. Utilize consumer insights for data-driven marketing decisions.
4. Manage budgets, timelines, and the execution of impactful marketing initiatives.
5. Partner with senior stakeholders, franchisees, and third-party operators to ensure success.
6. Demonstrate expertise in McDelivery and Digital Value.
7. Lead and mentor direct reports, nurturing future marketing talent.
What You’ll Need:
1. Experience in brand marketing as a Brand Manager or a senior Assistant Brand Manager ready for the next step.
2. Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
3. Experience managing budgets and leading projects.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
5. A proactive, growth-oriented mindset focused on innovation.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Passion for digital innovation and delivery.
