As an Organisational Administrator, you will provide highquality administrative support to the Directors of Operations. This is a key role that helps ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operational leadership team. In this role, you will be expected to act in accordance with Wheatley Care’s core values and your terms and conditions of employment. Regular meetings with the Executive Personal Assistant (PA) will support you to review priorities, set objectives and continually develop in your role. Who we are looking for We’re looking for someone with strong administrative experience who can support a busy team and manage a high volume of work confidently. You’ll need excellent IT skills (especially Microsoft Office), good numeracy, and the ability to organise, analyse and present information accurately. Discretion with confidential information is essential, as is experience working with the public in a service focused environment. Ideally, you’ll also have experience supporting large teams and working within social care, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Qualifications such as SVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration, a typing qualification, or ECDL would be an advantage albeit not essential.
