Hours: 40 hour working week
Responsibilities of theField Service Engineer South East
* Carry out, servicing, inspection and repair of earthmoving machinery and equipment
* Diagnose specific faults and action
* Return all warranty and other return parts cleaned and on time
* Accurately file all service manuals and keep updated
* Undertake all work strictly in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and recommendations
* Effectively work with the support team
* Develop excellent rapport and relationships with all customers
Requirements for a successful Field Service Engineer South East
* Satisfactory completion of a recognised apprenticeship in a relate industry to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
* Full clean driving license
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry
* Good communication skills
* IT literate
* Ability to travel UK & Ireland as required
* Ability to travel overseas as required
