Drug and Alcohol Practitioner - HullPermanent£27,449.52Are you passionate about supporting people to make positive, lasting change? We’re looking for a Drug & Alcohol Practitioner to join our team in Hull, delivering vital psychosocial interventions and accredited treatment programmes to individuals with drug and alcohol needs within an integrated healthcare setting.In this full-time (35 hours per week) role, you’ll support individuals on their recovery journey using both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to move forward and prepare for life beyond custody.What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key role in delivering person-centred support, including: Managing a caseload of service users and supporting their treatment journeys Completing risk assessments, care planning and regular reviews Delivering structured 1:1 interventions and group programmes Providing harm reduction advice and recovery-focused support Facilitating accredited drug and alcohol treatment programmes Supporting individuals to develop release and resettlement plansThis role sits within a multi-disciplinary team, so partnership working is key.
