Are you a motivated leader who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and delivering exceptional service? At Northgate Vehicle Hire we’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Team Leader to join our Service Desk Team at Northgate Vehicle Hire.
What you will be doing
* Leading and motivating a high-performing Service Desk team to ensure delivery on all KPIS and Service Levels
* Monitoring performance, identifying improvements, and driving best practice for the team. As a people leader you will coach, supporting, and develop team members to help them succeed
* Resolving challenges quickly and effectively within a busy environment
* Supporting operational efficiency and cost control across workshop operations
* Building strong relationships across departments to achieve shared goals
* Championing a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence

* Salary - £28,621 plus quarterly bonus

About you
* Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
* A customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence learning new systems
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and drive improvements
* The ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
