Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that motivate and challenge all learners.
* Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
* Promote positive behaviour and inclusive participation in lessons.
* Support the wider vision and values of Lift Bexleyheath.
We are looking for someone who
* Holds a degree in a relevant English based subject.
* Has experience of working with young people within a school environment.
* Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills.
* Is committed to student development and well being.
* Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to school life.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Is available to attend interviews in person – we cannot support online interviews at this time.
