What you need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Right to work in the UK
* DBS or willingness to obtain one
* Certification in Forest School Leadership or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with children in outdoor education or nature-based learning environments.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in outdoor settings.
* 2-5 years of experience in forest school leadership
* Experience and training working with children with SEMH/SEND needs.
* Forest School Leader Level 3 Qualification.
* Experience demonstrating compassion, creativity, vigilance, patience, and resilience.
