Senior Care Assistant Location: Elizabeth House Residential Home, Poole, BH12 4PX Pay rate: £13.25 per hour Hours: Full time & Part Time available (to include alternate weekends) We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join the team at Elizabeth House, our specialist residential and dementia care home, which overlooks the picturesque Canford Heath Nature Reserve in Poole, Dorset. We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, you will need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day. You’ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Supporting residents to help them remain as independent as possible. Providing companionship – really getting to know them! Act as point of escalation for any incidents or events in the home Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere around home.
