⚙️ Your Mission
You’ll be responsible for keeping a fleet of Fork Lift Trucks (FLT) and material handling equipment running safely and efficiently.
This is a multi-skilled engineering role where your work directly impacts performance, uptime, and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance on FLTs and MHE
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical & electrical faults
* Supporting reliability across logistics operations
* Liaising with OEM technical support when required
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Managing spare parts, tools, and maintenance records (SAP rollout)
* Maintaining high safety and compliance standards

What You’ll Need
* FLT certification & valid licence ✅
* Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 / HNC / Apprenticeship)
* Strong fault-finding ability (mechanical & electrical)
* Experience with FLTs or similar plant equipment
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Good IT skills and structured approach to maintenance
