Overview

QUICKPLAY is a dynamic sports equipment brand based in Sheffield. For over 15 years, we’ve been designing and engineering innovative products that help athletes and sports enthusiasts perform at their best. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, and we’re now looking to expand our team with two motivated individuals who can represent our brand and deliver a first-class experience to every customer. We are seeking two Customer Service & Phone Sales Agents to join our Sheffield (UK) office. As the voice of QUICKPLAY, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and maximising sales opportunities. Your role is key to maintaining our reputation for exceptional service while ensuring customers get the products and support they need.


Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat (Gorgias)
* Provide product information and tailored recommendations
* Process orders and returns using Shopify and Amazon
* Convert inbound customer calls into sales opportunities
* Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism
* Keep accurate records in our systems and CRM tools
* Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and new launches


What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in a customer service role (essential)
* Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and professional
* A positive, customer-first attitude with a natural sales flair
* Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and listening skills
* Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly (essential)
* Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, or Amazon Seller Central (preferred but not essential)
* Interest in sports and outdoor activities (a plus, but not required)


Working Hours

We have two full-time positions available, Monday to Friday, working on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

* Week 1: 9am – 5pm
* Week 2: 1pm – 9pm

This rotation ensures fair coverage and gives both team members a balance of earlier and later shifts. Upon filling both vacancies, it may be possible to reach an alternative, mutually beneficial working pattern that covers the required hours.
