As a Damp and Mould Inspector, you will be: Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks. Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections. Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work. Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.
