A respected Yorkshire firm is looking for a motivated and detail focused Paralegal to join its busy Commercial Property team in York.

The Role
You will assist with commercial property transactions, draft documents, liaise with clients, manage files, and provide administrative support to fee earners. You will also help with billing, handle correspondence, and keep matters progressing smoothly.

- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Willing to learn and develop your legal career
Preferred but not essential
- Experience in a legal admin or paralegal role
- Understanding of commercial property processes
- Familiarity with legal case management systems
