Working Arrangements
Days of Working: Monday to Friday – 3pm to 9pm.
Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro‑rata basis in line with weeks worked.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and that the set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
* Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
* Carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards meet the required specification.
* Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client representatives, promoting the company and development of services.
* Help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.
Ideal Candidate
* Must have right to work in the UK.
* Experience working in a cleaning environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods, and troubleshooting.
