The Role We are currently looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team. This hands-on role is crucial to the production of our high-standard metal products, crafted to meet exacting client specifications. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and weld structural steel components to specification Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Use hand and power tools with precision and efficiency Assemble fabricated parts into complete products Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations What Were Looking For Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding Sound mechanical knowledge; confident using hand and power tools Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately Familiarity with sheet metal work (desirable) Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Full UK driving license with fewer than 3 penalty points (desirable) C1 driving license (desirable) Why Join RSJ Metal Fabrications?
