Are you a passionate educator with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell. If you hold QTS and have a heart for helping students overcome barriers to learning, we want to hear from you!
Position: SEN Teacher/Teacher with SEN Experience ...
Location: Epping, Harlow, Loughton, Chigwell
Hours: Flexible, working in 3-hour blocks
Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1:1 support to students who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom setting
2. Work with students in their homes or neutral settings like community libraries
3. Tailor teaching methods to meet individual needs
4. Commit to provided timetables for consistency
5. Work with students for blocks ranging from 4 weeks to termly, depending on complexity of need
6. Secondary and Primary roles available, with core subject specialisms
Requirements:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Experience working with SEND
9. Excellent communication skills with both students and the organization
10. Passion for supporting students with diverse needs
