About the Role
Love all things motoring and cycling? Great with customers? Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, combined with your customer service skills, will lead you to success in this role. Experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair is preferred, but we provide training to develop your skills. You will deliver high standards of service, working on customers' vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store.
Responsibilities
1. Fitting car parts and technology
2. Building and servicing bikes
3. Providing excellent customer service
4. Developing practical problem-solving skills
Requirements
* Experience in customer service, ideally in retail
* Proactive approach to helping customers
* Availability to work on a rota, including weekends
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair
* Experience with sales targets
