The Head of Property will provide strategic leadership across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring effective operations and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Leadership and Team
* Lead the Property team, including maintenance, procurement, fleet, furniture and administration
* Champion organisational values, support staff development and foster a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement
* Maximise the impact of Furnish Forward and collaborate to enhance services
Strategy and Delivery
* Develop and implement the Property Investment and Service Plan
* Deliver efficient, high-quality, customer-focused maintenance services
* Oversee maintenance programmes, property records and furniture logistics
Compliance and Safety
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and standards
* Oversee policies, procedures and landlord compliance
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector and regulatory requirements
