Competitive salary – top-end available for highly experienced/ chartered professionals Ongoing study support Discretionary bonus PMI Contributory pension Paraplanner - The opportunity and key responsibilities As a Paraplanner, you will provide technical support to a team of Financial Advisers and play a crucial part in shaping high-quality financial planning strategies, producing detailed reports, and contributing to continuous improvements across the team. Paraplanner tasks will involve: Produce accurate, compliant client suitability reports within agreed timescales. Assist in the production of client portfolio reviews. Provide response to technical queries from clients. Production of cash flow models. Assisting with updating preferred provider panels. This will involve the ongoing research and monitoring of recommended structures and providers. Together with other members of the Technical Unit, update standard report/RWLs, standard paragraphs and tools for all areas of advice. Assisting in provision of training to other members of staff on all areas of advice. Producing technical bulletins to be sent to clients and introducers when appropriate. Paraplanner - Skills and Experience Requirements Proven experience within the financial services industry, ideally within an IFA or wealth management environment as Paraplanner. Strong technical knowledge in pensions and investments, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
