Responsibilities
As a Graduate Business Analyst, you would instantaneously become a pivotal resource onsite for one of our clients, collaborating closely with senior staff and working end-to-end on a project lifecycle. Your role is crucial in contributing to nationwide Change and IT project success; it’s dynamic, exciting, and no week is similar to the last.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
* Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
* Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
* Work closely with IT professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analyst processes.
Requirements
* Possession of an undergraduate degree
* Right to work in the United Kingdom
* Strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent)
* A passionate interest in Change and IT
