What you will do:
* Work closely with children and families from initial referral through to achieving permanence or closure, ensuring consistent support and lasting relationships
* Manage a caseload primarily consisting of Child Protection and Child in Need cases, with opportunities to engage in court cases or cared-for children as per your expertise
* Collaborate with multi-agency partners, including health and police services, to provide holistic support to families
* Participate in high-quality reflective supervision and continuous professional development opportunities
* Engage with families using restorative practice and systemic approaches to deliver positive outcomes
* Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, applying reflective and systemic supervision to enhance case management
