I am a creative and caring person, who lives with my lovely dog. I enjoy walking gardening, arts and crafts, going to the beach, wildlife and nature. I am looking for a reliable person to support me to take me out to places of interest, cinema and historical sites in and around the area. I can experience some anxiety which has led to me being quite isolated and restricted in my daily activities. The need for a PA is to enable me to get and out and about.
I have been living in my own home for 2 years and would like to be supported to build my confidence and my independence. Through the week I am looking for someone to help me with my shopping, guidance on my utilities and occasional help with cleaning. I do enjoy arts and crafts, jigsaws, and board games and would like some company with these. I also need support with nutrition, for example meal planner and cooking meals. I also need support to attend appointments that may come through, due to anxiety.
14 hours a week, one day on the weekend is essential.
