Overview
Join Pandora as a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant. This is a fixed-term contract for 3 months, 8-16 hours per week. You will work Saturdays and Sundays. The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Sales: meet customers, connect with them, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones; work to achieve sales targets using effective techniques.
* Operations: support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure smooth store operations; prepare click-and-collect orders, manage deliveries, process returns, restock shelves with fresh inventory, wrap gifts, engrave jewellery, and load gift cards.

Important details
* Contract ends on 04/01/2026.
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which includes weekends and peak holiday periods. We will distribute these days fairly and will not require you to work all of them.
* You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; during peak periods no annual leave may be approved.
