We’re seeking a proactive Accounts/Finance Assistant to support our clients' finance team in a fast-paced facilities management environment. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in finance operations.
This is a permanent role, paying £34k per annum, based on a 37.50-hour workweek, Monday – Friday, located in the Leigh area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
• Preparing Monthly Applications
• Assisting with monthly management accounts and reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries
• Managing onboarding and ordering tasks for sub-contractors
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an accounts/finance role
• Support for commercial and contract management (NEC 4 / JCT)
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong Excel and finance software skills (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in facilities management is a bonus
