Our client, a prestigious and established care provider, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for a luxury nursing home in Oxford.
We are looking for a proactive, compassionate, and dynamic professional to lead resident engagement, community outreach, and business development. Youll build trusted relationships with prospective residents, their families, and key community stakeholderspositioning the home as the leading choice for luxury care in Oxford.

Salary & Benefits
* Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, DOE
* OTE: Up to £84,600
* Hours: 40 per week, across 5 days (flexibility required)
