Role Overview
The Marketing and Communications Officer delivers day-to-day social media publishing, supports PR and media activity, and helps run multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase reach, engagement and conversations. They will schedule and create content, assist with email, web and CRM activity, and use AI tools. They will also support media enquiries, issue news releases, and contribute to events and wider organisational communications, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive supporter experience.

Qualifications
Social media marketing experience; strong writing skills; confidence working across digital channels; ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively; creativity, curiosity, detail‑focus; understanding of the media landscape and basic reporting.
