The Role

Responsibilities
* Lifeguarding to ensure the safety of all pool users
* Setting up and maintaining sports equipment
* Ensuring all facilities are clean and ready for use
* Interacting with guests, providing outstanding customer service
* Preparing activities to create memorable experiences for members
Qualifications
* National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) – essential
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* We provide continuous training and support to help you excel in your role
Hours & Salary
Full Time: Average of 40 hours per week, mix of mornings, evenings and weekends, 52 weeks a year.
Salary: £26,438 per annum (hourly rate £12.71).
