Position: Spa & Aesthetics Booking Specialist (Part-Time)
Hours: 32 per week | Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. There may also be an opportunity to work an additional day to cover holidays and busy periods.
Location: Home-based (UK) | One-week in-person training in Worcestershire

As a Spa & Aesthetics Booking Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, managing bookings, supporting our award-winning team, and keeping our busy temp desk running like clockwork. What We Are Looking For
* Essential: Experience working in the Spa, Wellness, Aesthetics, or Leisure industries
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Based in the UK with the ability to drive and access to a car due to training and to attend team gatherings throughout the year (overnight stays are required and accommodation is provided)
* Confident using PC skills (Word, Excel, CRM systems, mobile apps)
* Highly organised, able to multitask effectively and good attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Calm, capable and composed under pressure — you thrive on a challenge!
* Previous experience in recruitment, booking coordination, or spa/wellness operations is highly advantageous
* Warm, people-focused and committed to delivering exceptional customer service

Tasks
About the Role
* As a Booking Specialist, you will play an essential role in our Temp Agency Division, ensuring our clients always have the talented spa and wellness professionals they need.
* Your mission – To keep our exclusive Spa Elite Booking App running smoothly by reviewing unfilled shifts, coordinating last-minute bookings, or longer assignments and arranging accommodation when needed, and supporting our recruiters with back-up coverage for longer assignments, and generally supporting the team as and when required
* You will be the friendly voice that brings everything together, supporting our therapists, keeping clients happy, and ensuring every shift is filled seamlessly.
Brief Overview of the Role
* Coordinating and confirming shift bookings
* Managing last-minute changes and cancellations with confidence and composure
* Building positive relationships with both therapists and clients — understanding their preferences and needs
* Maintaining accurate records using our internal CRM system
* Creating, posting, and managing job alerts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
* Managing block-bookings and special project requirements
* Coordinating all accommodation requests with efficiency and attention to detail
* As you will be working as part of a team, you will be required to support other team members as required throughout the day

* Access to a car is required as we hold team gatherings throughout the year. You will also be required to travel to the Worcestershire area for your initial training
