Designer (3 Month FTC)
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to develop compelling and on‑brand visual solutions across sales enablement channels, particularly brochure design in print or digital format. The ideal candidate transforms ideas into impactful designs that communicate effectively with our target audience and support marketing and branding initiatives in a B2B environment focused on high‑value sales and complex propositions.
Responsibilities
* Brochure Conceptualisation and Design – support development and presentation of innovative brochure concepts and templates that are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and fulfill their purpose.
* Visual Identity – uphold Newton’s visual identity across all brochure designs, guaranteeing brand consistency in every detail.
* Collaboration – work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand brochure requirements and ensure designs support sales objectives and broader strategic goals.
* Revisions and Feedback – produce rough drafts and mock-ups of brochures, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect final output.
* Technical Production – prepare final brochure files for production, collaborating with external printers and digital production teams to ensure exceptional quality, adherence to specifications, and timely delivery.
* Trend Awareness – stay up to date with the latest design software, brochure production techniques, and industry trends to deliver fresh, innovative solutions.
* Project Management – oversee multiple brochure projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Qualifications
* Design Fundamentals – in‑depth understanding of design principles, especially brochure layout and production.
* Education – Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related discipline.
* Experience – at least 5 years in a graphic design role with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in brochure design and delivery for B2B environments.
* Technical – advanced proficiency in industry‑standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
* Production Knowledge – strong grasp of design, print production, and digital asset delivery processes specific to brochures.
* Pressure Handling – ability to thrive under pressure, balancing multiple projects and meeting demanding deadlines.
* Collaboration – experience working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, especially in brochure production.
