Job Title: Office Admin / front of house

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-focused person to help run our office smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, helping with everything from greeting guests to keeping the office stocked and tidy.

What You'll Do:

1. Welcome guests and manage the front desk
2. Make sure visitors are comfortable and offered drinks
3. Answer phones and handle basic inquiries
4. Keep the reception, kitchen, and pantry clean and well-stocked
5. Order groceries and breakfast supplies
6. Work with vendors for catering, cleaning, and other services
7. Help set up for internal events
8. Manage meeting room bookings and make sure AV is working
9. Handle mail, deliveries, and couriers
10. Order office supplies and keep track of inventory
11. Help with basic admin tasks and data entry
12. Support office communication (like signs and updates)

What We're Looking For:

13. Experience in admin or front-desk roles (office or hospitality is a plus)
14. Great customer service and a friendly attitude
15. Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
16. Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
17. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
18. Proactive and flexible in a fast-moving environment

Please note this is a Full time role, you will be need able to commit to 12month at least, Mon to Fri 9am to 530, £15ph, starting soon as possible.
