About The Role And Team
Reporting to the Manager – DTC Content Ops, this role manages the delivery of high-quality TV and feature content for Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer platforms, primarily Disney+. You will work across D+ EMEA Originals, EMEA Acquisitions, and Disney-branded content.
You should have relevant experience in content production, localisation, mastering, and digital distribution within the supply chain pipeline. Strong project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential. You will collaborate with teams and stakeholders, participating in meetings and working cross-functionally across studio operations.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
* Raise accurate and timely orders for content creation and delivery, ensuring consistency and controlling costs.
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery schedules.
* Manage content delivery with third-party vendors and licensors, ensuring technical specifications are met.
* Maintain records of material delivery status and flag issues.
* Track project progress using internal systems.
* Research Disney systems for asset management and request movements.
* Handle purchase orders, vendor invoices, and cost management.
* Manage QC failures, rejections, and recall notifications, arranging replacements.
* Ensure workflow efficiency within SLA timelines.
* Provide production schedules and participate in onboarding and meetings.
* Suggest improvements for systems and processes.
* Collaborate on projects to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Other Activities include attending meetings, supporting vendor billing, staying updated on media technology trends, participating in system testing, training colleagues, and maintaining relationships aligned with Disney values.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in TV/Non-Linear Distribution, Postproduction, or Digital Media Operations.
* Understanding of UHD and digital file technologies.
* Experience with QC analysis and corrective actions is a plus.
* Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, Airtable, and SAP (a plus).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

Additional Information
This is an office-based role, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day remote (Monday or Friday).
