Learning Support Assistant – SEN 1:1 Support
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a SEN School in Preston who are looking to recruit dedicated Learning Support Assistants to provide 1:1 SEN support pupils aged 3-11. This role involves supporting children with additional needs on a one-to-one basis, helping them access learning, manage behaviour, and develop social and emotional skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN (autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs)
* Be patient, resilient, and caring
* Be able to work flexibly and adapt to individual pupil needs
* Have a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
