Our client is recruiting an experienced and hands-on Financial Controller with experience of managing and developing controls and reporting in a growing SME environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage month end reporting process providing timely and insightful MI to senior management teamManage and develop small finance teamIdentify areas for process improvement and implement change to enhance quality and efficiency of routine reporting and the quality and availability of performance data throughout the business.
Skills, experience:Qualified accountantStrong month end reporting skillsExcellent excel skills and experience of improving processes and controlsStrong leadership skills committed to motivating and up-skilling members of the finance teamExperience of working in industry/manufacturing/engineering environments
