Team and role

The Candidate Experience Team at Bally's Interactive serves as our business' dedicated partner in all aspects of talent acquisition and internal mobility. We are recruitment specialists committed to finding exceptional talent while creating positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey. We are looking for a Candidate Experience Partner to join our team in our Manchester office to help shape the future of our growing teams. You'll support multiple areas of our business, partnering closely with various hiring teams, and influence hiring strategies across the entire recruitment journey. You will be a trusted advisor, leveraging market insights, data fluency, and influencing skills to shape hiring strategies, while delivering a professional, personalised experience for candidates from initial outreach to onboarding.


What you will be doing

* Owning the entire recruitment process for your roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and guiding them to exceptional hiring decisions.
* Partnering with HR, hiring managers and leadership to align on goals, overcome challenges, and celebrate successes.
* Using data to shape recruitment strategies, focusing on metrics such as time to hire, time to fill, and candidate pulse surveys.
* Screening and assessing candidates, ensuring alignment of skills and potential, and orchestrating a seamless interview experience.
* Providing timely updates and honest feedback to candidates at each stage of their journey.
* Championing new sourcing strategies, technology, and process improvements to enhance how we hire.


Qualifications and experience

* Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a technology-based company, with hands-on experience filling hard-to-fill positions.
* Experience working autonomously and managing full lifecycle recruiting across multiple disciplines (e.g., Tech, Finance, Marketing).
* Skilled at proactively identifying candidates using diverse sourcing methods.
* Confident and effective interviewer with the ability to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience and cultural fit.
* Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (we use UKG) and the latest recruitment tools.
* Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align recruitment with business needs.
* Adaptable communication style, tailoring language and tone to different audiences.
